According the ESPN Gonchar's shoulder injury is worse than originally said to be by the Penguins. ESPN.com states that he could miss 4-6 months after he has surgery to correct the dislocated left shoulder that he suffered in the first period of the first preseason game. I guess this was worse than we thought.
