GameDay #75 Flames

by: The PensNation Staff

Sidney Crosby plays the puck during his first game against Calgary on 12/7/2007. Kris Letang scored the shootout winner and the Penguins won 3-2 SO.

The Penguins take on the Calgary Flames tonight, and by the way the rest of the Eastern Conference is playing I view this game as a must win for the Pens. After last night's games the Penguins find themselves tied for 6th place with the New York Rangers so not picking up any points in the remaining games can do more bad than good this year. As for the Flames, the two teams have not seen eachother since December of 2007, but both teams have changed since then. The projected lineup for the Penguins tonight are:

Forwards
Guerin-Crosby-Kunitz
Fedotenko-Malkin-Sykora
Cooke-Staal-Kennedy
Dupuis-Talbot-Godard

Defense
Orpik-Gonchar
Eaton-Letang
Gill-Scuderi

Netminder
Fleury
